Career Coach/ Asst Instructor Digital Literacy
Hours: 20 hours per week
Reports to: Program Director
Compensation: $25/hr, dependent on experience
Position Summary:
Teach by Tech is seeking a dedicated and culturally competent Career Navigator & Digital Navigator/ Asst. Instructor to support adult English language learners as they pursue workforce and digital skills development. This role is 20 hours per week and will be split between career navigation (50%) and assisting with basic computer skills teaching (50%).
The ideal candidate is passionate about adult education, workforce development, and digital inclusion. They will work directly with clients to support their career goals and provide hands-on instruction in basic computer literacy to help bridge the digital divide.
